KOK Slovakia Fight Card

The next King of Kings (KOK) event takes place on 9 November in Liptovsky Mikulas, Slovakia, and the promotion announced more matches for the highly-anticipated event.
Four-Man Tournament
The KOK World Series 2019 in Slovakia event includes a four-man tournament in the light heavyweight (-92 kg) category.
Slovakian fighters Ivan Bartek and Michal Balaz will take part. Bartek faces France’s Kevin Oumar in the semifinal round, with Balaz meeting WAKO Pro European Champion Ahmed Krnjic on the other side of the bracket.
The fighter who prevails as tournament champion will emerge as a top contender for the KOK World Light Heavyweight Title.
Pacas, Konsky Return
In addition to the light heavyweight tournament, two of Slovakia’s top kickboxing talents will be in action as Martin “Paco” Pacas and Vladimir Konsky return to the KOK ring.
Pacas is regarded as one of the best heavyweights in the world. The veteran competed in the prestigious 2019 KLF 100 +kg World Championship in China in February, and defeated Serbian knockout artist Rade Opacic by decision in April.
Last year, Pacas won a decision over tough Dutchman Thomas Bridgewater at the KOK World Series event. He’ll look for his second consecutive victory in KOK competition against Poland’s Michal Turynski.
Turynski is a WAKO Pro Super Heavyweight Champion, with wins over Romanian star Catalin Morosanu and former world champion Dzevad “BH Machine” Poturak on his resume.
Konsky, nicknamed “The Terminator”, utilized a brutal low kick attack en route to winning the four-man lightweight tournament at last year’s event. He’s the number-two contender for the KOK World Lightweight Title, currently held by Henrikas Viksraitis of Lithuania.

Konsky won’t have an easy opponent on 9 November. He’ll meet Britain’s Robert Vereyken. Fighting out of London’s Bloodline Gym, Vereyken is currently ranked third in Britain in the -70 kg weight category by the independent UK K-1 rankings.
More Bouts Official
More bouts were announced, including a -75 kg match up between hard-hitting Milan Kovac and Ukraine’s Mykola Gavryliak.
Cyril Pazitny opposes Igor Tkachuk in a -62 kg contest, while Adrien Valentin faces Maciej Lisek in a boxing match.
