Latvia’s popular rapper Sudrabu Sirds is stepping into the MMA world for the first time. On October 19, he will face experienced fighter Kristaps Zutis in the main event of the “King of Kings” 122 Mega Series tournament at Arena Riga. Sudrabu Sirds, also known as Deniss Jermakovs, has had a successful music career for over 15 years. Now, he’s taking on a new challenge by debuting in professional MMA, despite having no previous experience in combat sports.
His opponent, Kristaps Zutis, is no stranger to the ring, with 14 professional boxing matches and four MMA bouts, winning three. Zutis is also a well-known figure in Latvia, involved in event organizing and media appearances. In addition to this exciting matchup, other prominent Latvian fighters will also be stepping into the ring, including Zaurs Dzavadovs and Kristaps Zīle, two of the country’s leading martial artists.
